VILLAGE LIAISON MINUTES

2.   Minutes of the previous meeting (25th October 2012) and matters arising

The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.

3.  Complaints received since the last meeting.

No complaints received.

4.   Noise

No complaints received.

5.  Odour Dust & Particulates

No complaints received.

Mr. K White stated that the annual emission tests had been completed these had shown a decrease in emissions from the previous year.

6.   Transport.

No complaints received

7.  Buildings.

Members of the committee asked if the company was aware of any developments to the Dukes Head & Millers Arms, Mr. White stated that they were not aware of any.

8.  Any other Business

The committee asked for an update on the diesel leak, Mr. White stated that the clean up of Redgates Drain was nearing completion. This was subsequently completed on the 24th January 2013.

Do to the weather a tour of the plant would be arranged prior to the next meeting.
