1. Apologies

2. Minutes of the previous meeting (14th April 2010) and matters arising

The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.

Matters arising.

On behalf of the committee KW contacted Mr. D Robson at Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council to ask if he or his representative would chair all future meetings. Mr. Robson stated he was not able to guarantee to attend all meetings but

would attend if air quality issues arose, the results from dust monitoring within the village would be made available.

3. Complaints received since the last meeting.

Mr. White stated the company had received one complaint relating to dust.

4. Noise

No complaints had been received

5. Odour Dust & Particulates

One complaint was received relating to an alleged dust emission on the 4th July, from a resident who attended a function at the village hall. Under the IPPC permits condition all mill abatement points are checked on a four hourly basis, the records show no fugitive emissions occurred.

6. Transport.

No complaints had been received

7. Any other Business

Mrs. P Holton asked if the company had any plans in relation to the Dukes Head & Millers Arms.

Mr. White stated that he new of no immediate plans for either the Dukes Head or Millers Arms.
