2. Minutes of the previous meeting (21st January 2015) and matters arising

The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed

3. KLWNBC

No information has been forwarded from the Borough Council

5. Complaints received since the last meeting

Three complaints have been received following the previous meeting.

6. Noise

A resident of Buckenham Drive complained of noise in the early hours of the

morning, this is believed to have come from the garage.

7. Odour Dust & Particulates

No complaints

8. Transport

A resident of Wretton Road made 2 separate complaints regards vehicle

movements in the early hours of the morning. The issue has been escalated to senior

management.

9. Buildings.

Nothing to report

10. Any other Business

Mr. White reported that repairs to the Furlong yard would take place on the 13th & 14th May
